I HAVE RECEIVED A NUMBER OF BILLS/STATEMENTS 2-3 MONTHS BEHIND
WHAT A NORMAL COMPANY BILLS. OVER THE PAST YEAR THEY KEEP SAY THEY ARE GOING TO CATCH UP. THEIR CREDITING YOUR ACCOUNT LAGS, ALSO.

NOW IF YOU CALL, THE PHONES ARE SO CRAMMED WITH CONFUSED CUSTOMERS, YOU CANNOT FIND A HUMAN BEING TO ANSWER THE PHONES
DURING NORMAL BUSINESS HOURS.

I TRIED THE AUTOMATED SYSTEM, BUT MY PHONE NUMBER DOES NOT CORRESPOND WITH MY ZIP CODES.

WELL, NO WONDER WHY MY BILL DOESN'T CORRESPOND WITH WHAT I ACTUALLY OWE THEM.

I SENT AN 11/08/01 AUTOMATIC BANK TRANSFER AND THEY HADN'T CREDITED MY ACCOUNT AS OF 11/25/01.

I REALLY DON'T LIKE "DUE UPON RECEIPT" AS MY CREDITS ARE
DUE "UPON RECEIPT" EQUALLY.

IT ALSO ALLOWS FOR THIS "SCANDELOUS" PRACTICES WHICH MAY EFFECT YOUR CREDIT/FUTURE PHONE SERVICE CHOICES.
