MCI Worldcom Wireless ripoff bad service
i became a worldcom customer three month ago i left verizon for them bad choice. they never answer the customer service line. i waited 50 min. on hold to be able to report my phone stolen. this company is full of it and then i have even email them and they won't respond. i have never experience such bad service. but i bet if i try to cancel my account they won't let me out my service contrat.
