MCI Worldcom Wireless Ripoff BEWARE--BEWARE--BAD BAD BAD BAD

I ordered from this no-good company in October. They sent me two phones one to my work address (which I requested) and one to my home address. I called and called and called after a one hour wait I got an employee who didn't have a clue as to what I needed to do. I spoke to a supervisor who said they would get back with me at a later date. Called again another long wait--this time told they would send me a shiping label to return the second phone. Got two bills. Called again. Today 01/31/02 got two more bills. Called again no one to talk to--went home because of bad weather. One bill (phone I don't want and has never been put togeather or charged) was for $286.08. Bill for phone I use is $67.71. My check cleared my bank on 01/23/02 was mailed on 01/11/02 but statement dated 01/23/02 showed no payment had been made.
I guess I am going to my two nephews who are lawyers and see what I have to do about this mess. Maybe they can help their 69 year old aunt return both phones and cancel this company.
