My story is the same BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE!

Bad, bad, bad!! Where to begin, it's all the same . . .

-Inconsistance billing cycles, "we're 3 months behind so now we are going to bill you every 3 weeks to check US up." Thanks, I really appreciate that. The service provider screws up and I pay for it.

-Waiting on hold for hours at a time, they don't want to answer because they know it's just another complaint or problem. No kidding, I wouldn't want to answer either.

-Ridiculous, outrageous charges. First normal bills of the regular $39.99. Then roaming fees or over $1000. Wow, they said I wasn't in my "calling area." Guess what, I haven't been in my "calling area" since I bought my phone. And about that calling area, my "plan" stated that I could call anywhere in the USA for the same rate. When I told this to the Customer Service Supervisor, he said "there is no such plan." So what was I using for the last six months?

-Bad service, rude operators. They hang up on you, need I say more.

My most recent encounter, here we go. . .

-I recently notified them that I was in "disbute" and that my bill could not be sent to collections until a JUDGE says I have to pay it. Well, they sent it to collections and they called me. They wouldn't speak with my mother, so I called them. Turns out, "they couldn't help me," last I recalled I wasn't the one who needed help, they called me! I told them what they were doing was illegal and they hung up on me. Nice. So I called customer service to tell them they need to take my account out of collections and they told me they couldn't speak with me because I didn't give the right social security number. People, we all know how many times we have called these people, now my social security number is wrong? Sure, I'll beleive that. Nothing MCI Worldcom Wireless does surprises me anymore. They are ruthless and they lie! So I politely told the woman that my LAWYER would be contacting them. I wonder what they will say when he calls?

Well it should get interesting, but I know one thing, I am not alone and atleast I know I am not crazy either. What goes around comes around and WorldCom has it coming. So like most of you, if someone starts a class action suit, count me in. Good customer service is the way to get and keep business. So how much longer will they be in business? The average one person tells nine people about their bad experiences. How many people have you told?

Thanks for listening.
