Complaint Review: MCI Worldcom Wireless

MCI Worldcom Wireless Ripoff don't deserve this kinda hassle! Does anyone? NO!!!

I've had world com for about a year now. They wouldn't even send me a bill for 8 months! when I finally got it it was over $600! My mother is also having this problem. I am almost 20 years old and I don't make that kind of money. Secondly I call to have it cancelled...they refuse to cancel it for me. I call back and finally someone cancels it. My mother also has a phone with the company. Her's they terminated the service at her request...mine is still working and we are both still being charged for the service!! On top of that I still can't get through and I've been trying to since December. Neither my mother nor I had used the phone in quite sometime...so if our plan is $29.99 and we didn't ask for any special features why were the activated and why were we being charged so much more?! I also asked at the end of November for a copy of my july 2001 bill for a court case in Febuary and I was told that I would recieve it in 7-10 buisness days and the trial is almost here and I have nothing!.
