I'm just another story that seems to be one of many here. I have had problems with this company since December 2001 that began with being billed of two phones when I only have one.

I to experienced very rude customer service reps and supervisors that don't seem to care. They have no problem keeping me on hold forever but when I get through don't want to give me the time of day.

Again, my story is very much like many already here. Double Billing, Refusal to release me from the contract even though they are in breach of the agreement and so on. I have now been without my phone for two weeks this time and have been making phones calls daily.

I just found this page today and do feel better (I guess) knowing I'm not alone. My question is what can we do?? They have all our SS#'s and I'm very leary of what they could be reporting to credit agencies. I have tried to find a phone number or address to MCI Corporate Headquarters with no luck.
Have any of you been able to get your complaint placed with anyone that seems to care?? If so pass on the information PLEASE!!
