I can't believe that MCI Worldcom Wireless is still in business with the type of business they have been operating. For the last 6 months I have had nothing but headaches with this Piece of Crap Ripoff artist company.

When I call Customer Service, they say they'll take care of it and never do, and if I confront them in a manner they don't like, they hang up on me...

I ordered 2 cell phones back in 2001 and did not like them so I returned them within the 15 day time frame, I sent them referencing their RMA #, US Postal Service, Insured, Priority Mail as MCI Worldcom requested me to do. They received the phones, signed for them, but tell me that they don't have them.

I have sent them copies of the receipts for the return of these phones via regular mail and fax to no avail. I cannot get anywhere with anyone at this company !!

They are driving me crazy and then had the nerve to send me to a collection company and tell me they were going to "deactivate" my service (which wasnever active to begin with because I returned the phones) I am on hold as I type this with yet another Customer Service Representative who now tells me she will credit the "invoice". I said, "Fine, now just make sure that you "cancel" the service as well because this must stop now........." We'll see what happens.
