MY HUSBAND AND I PURCHASED A CELL PHONE FROM WORLD COM WIRLESS. IT'S A REAL PIECE. INCLUDED IN THE PACKAGE WAS TWO BATTERIES,A HOME CHARGER AND OF COURSE THE PHONE. WELL WHEN YOU COMPLETELY CHARGE THE PHONE IT LASTS ABOUT A HALF HOUR.

I CALLED AND TALKED TO SOMEONE AT WORLDCOM WIRELESS AND THEY GAVE ME A NUMBER TO CALL TO TALK TO SOMEONE ELSE. WELL WHEN I CALLED THE NUMBER IT WAS A GENTLEMAN THAT HAD NO IDEA WHAT I WAS TALKING ABOUT.

HE DID NOT EVEN KNOW WHAT WORLDCOM WIRELESS WAS. SO I CALLED ERRICSON COMPANY. THEY GAVE ME THE RUN AROUND.

I JUST GOT OFF THE PHONE WITH WORLDCOM WIRELESS, THEY TOLD ME THAT THEY COULDN'T DO ANYTHING ABOUT THEIR PHONE, BUT YET WE ARE REQUIRED TO PAY THE BILL FOR A PHONE THAT HAS A BLANK SCREEN, YOU CAN'T SEE WHO YOU ARE CALLING OR WHO'S CALLING YOU. SO FOR THE PAST 2 MONTHS I'VE BEEN GIVEN THE RUN AROUND. I 'M VERY DISGUSTED WITH THEM. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND THIS PHONE TO ANYONE!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Rebuttal:
Just a bit of cellular info for you. The phone is completely seperate from service. Worldom guarantees the phone for 30 days. After that it is covered by the manufacturer for a 1 yr total. If you called in w/in the first 30 days then they should have replaced it for you. After that there is only the manufacturere to call. It is like the tires on your car. If you buy a car and an alloted amount of time goes by and you blow a tire or
something, it is your responsibility to get the new tire(s).You will still be billed for the car. In a wireless sense you are paying for the service (not customer service). The service is there should you chose to use it.
If you don't or YOUR equipment fails then you are still responsible for the charges. Bottom line: You need to have the phone fixed.
