MCi Worldcom Wireless, Telemarketer give no info.
A telemarketer called my home and got me to order two cell phones. I agreeed. I asked him if I got the phones and did not like them could I send the back and he said yes. I got the phones and did not like them. I called to cancel the account the day after I got the phones. The phones were returned to them unused and two months later I get two bills for 213. each for breach of contract. The telemarketer never stated how long you had to call and cancel the phones.
Worldcom has no idea who is calling these people's house and what they are saying and they dont care. The superviser told me he cant do anything about it. Somebody is!
