Mr. Ruben Terrel McKenny had possession of my vehicle from approximately July 26, 2010 until December 15, 2010 and he was to repair the car. During this time, he would not return calls to me in a timely manner. When I did speak to him, he continued to give excuses about why the work was not completed on the vehicle.
He was given a check ($1,250.00) in good faith but as of January 19, 2011, he has not given verification on any work he did on the car. He promised he would submit this information to me.
Mr. McKenny stated the vehicle passed emissions and safety but as of January 19, 2011, he has not given this information to me. I have requested this information several times.
