Mckenzie Paul & Associates Debt Collector Fraud AUSTIN Texas
Somehow Mckenzie Paul & Associates obtained my personal information and began harassing me for a debt I do not owe. They claim I owe $88.00 for a debt from services rendered by Medical Express of Austin. I have at no time ever been to that business or ever done any kind of business with them at any time in my life. Yet they made numerous legal threats to me in a letter.
These parasites troll the internet searching for any kind of remotely similar contact information to debtors and began harassing anyone they can locate regardless of responsibility. They sent me a letter stating they would ruin my credit if I did not immediately send them this money even though it is not my debt. They of course also offered no proof whatsover of any services rendered just a bill. These people should be put in jail for fraud! They also claimed they made multiple attempts to contact me which is untrue and pure libel. I have only recieved ONE letter from them in my lifetime period.
I have reported them to the Better Business Bureau, the Travis County Authorities, The Texas State Bar and I will continue until my last breath until these crooks are brought to justice. I will dedicate my life and spend every moment of my free time, and all of my energy and resources to see these predators put out of business.
