I am extremely dissatisfied with McKenzie Scott. The individuals assigned to work with me appear to be extremely busy and have been unable to assist. Furthermore, when we have been able to make contact, they have neither been prompt, prepared, nor thorough. In fact, as of this correspondence, I am still waiting on an unreturned phone call from Don Jones my campaing manager. In addition, after having hired McKenzie Scott for their infallible reputation, I was notified by several resume recipients, after having attended a 6FigureJob Fair, that numerous mistakes were found in the body of my resume. Again, an example of something promised (a bullet proof resume), and not delivered. I am not satisfied with the service. Unfortunately, after having contracted the services of McKenzie Scott for the past ten weeks, I am not only dissatisfied but highly disappointed as well. Patricia New York, New York

Boilerplate Resolutions. Shame on McKenzie Scott for preying on people that are at their most vulnerable.

You would think that the lawyers at McKenzie Scott would at least change the wording on these updates that are being submitted to not make it so obvious that these people were browbeaten into signing an agreement to post this in order to get some of their money back.

My real concern is with the hundreds of others that feel the same way about M/S's service and have not had the insight to post here, and finally threw-up their hands and gave up.

I too was chosen to be assisted by M/S and was about to give them $7,500 to get going. Several red flags, and a hot job prospect put them on hold thank God. After letting all of the smoke they blew up my a$$ clear, looking over the market analysis they did for me (another useless boilerplate), and finding this site, my decision was made.

Shame on McKenzie Scott for preying on people that are at their most vulnerable.
