I worked for Matt and he was paid in full from the homeowner but he stopped taking my calls, blocked my number and refuses to pay me. He isn’t pulling permits or meeting code. He isn’t a licensed contractor. He did the same in Alberta according to his previous employees/friends. He makes threats and can be scary
