I bought a new Holiday Rambler on 8/20/10 trading in my 2004 Fleetwood. As of this date they have yet to pay off my trade in. B of A has assessed over $700 in fees and interest and are now threatening to put a 30 day late on my oterwise perfect credit report. The CFO at McMahons has promised me the payoff would be sent "the next day" everyday for the last 2 weeks. No one at the main office will talk to me. I have left multiple messages but no one ever returns a call. Even though I have been polite and professional at every call I have been hung up on, transferred to phones that are no longer in service and phones that ring constantly but no one ever answers.
They installed an inferior satelite to the one I ordered then charged me and additional $400 to install the one I initially ordered and rolled into the deal. Their service department returns calls at the rate of about one out of ten and even then they usually dont know the answer. The service manager is rude and hung up on me when I asked her for help telling me to call my service rep tomorrow.
I was warned about this company but did not lisye. You should. Do not buy anythign from McMahons. They are liars!!!!!
