McMahons RV Work promised not conducted, deteriorated equipment Colton California

I purchased an RV from McMahons almost a year ago.  Upon purchase of the vehicle the company issued the due bill for work promised and was never done, nor was any attempt to contact me to get the work done, I tried numerous times to contact them but to no avail.

When I purchased the vehicle the finance specialist noted that he would have someone from service pick up the RV for repairs that are part of my contract which never happened. Today we serviced the vehicle and found out that the inner rear tires are dated 2006 and 2007 and show severe cracking. Since these were inner tires we at the time were unable to properly inspect them, however since the vehicle is only a year old, for us, I find this highly unacceptable.  On top of that the brakes are severely warn, when we bought the unit they might have been at 50 or 60% used.  We took the vehicle to a very reputable establishment to have the inspections and tire rotations done and with out a doubt believe them after seeing the wear.

Learn to do your homework your research on Google before you do business with any company. There are a lots of complaints about this company and it seems to me that it's going down the tubes. Anybody that's planning on buying a motorhome of any nature needs to be very selective as to which RV dealership they do business with.

There are a lot of scammers that work in the RV industry. Now go do your homework and read on Google read on ripoff report about any company that you choose.

After you do your homework I trust that you will no longer need a check up from the neck up before you PLAY PART with your money. DO YOUR HOMEWORK BEFORE YOU GET RIPPED OFF. NOT AFTER......
