I completed work for Stephanie Allen McMeel, McMeel Transcription that has not been paid. The amount owed is over $900 and dates back to the middle of July, 2009. She has now told me that she doesn't have the money to pay me even though it was agreed that invoices would be paid in 30 days. At first she said she would be making payments come November and now says she doesn't have the money and if I want to go to small claims I can and that she would be happy to give me the name of her bankruptcy attorney. When I asked for the bankruptcy attorney's name and number she didn't respond to me. I have offered to do a payment plan, to accept partial payments and she has not agreed.
