Complaint Review: McMillan Rentals and More Inc

These people are the worst rental agency I have ever experience in NC!  While most landlords are liars in NC, these people take the cake.  House was infested with mice and cockroaches.  Multiple emails and phone calls to agency and when I moved out I still had the mice and cockroaches.  Windows painted shut, no fire alarms, windows that did open did not have latches, house broken into multiple times by same individual due to inadequate locks and security.

When I took them to small claims court....small town southern justice prevailed, they had a lawyer, I did not, they won.  I sued for back rent and for multiple break-ins.  Took them 6 months to make adequate repairs so the person could not enter the premises again.

Rude, liars, theives...stay away from McMillan Rentals.
