Unfortunately I do not like reporting these things, but sometimes it is necessary. I entered into an agreement with this contractor for a finders fee for obtaining him a very large job. When it came time to pay the fee he suddenly disappeared and will not respond to any contacts. I am currently in the process of obtaining a judgement against him. I would not recommend hiring this contractor as he is not trustworthy.
