Complaint Review: McNinch Pools

James T.McNinch,owner of McNinch Pools,is about the most dishonest buisness man i have ever met.As a former employee of the company,i find it nessesary to inform everyone to beware of doing any buisness with this company.He is a preadator.He has Ripped off Doctors,(Dr.David Gram of Wellsville.Dr.edmenston,a surgen,also from wellsville)ceo's,(Tom from the Cuba Cheese company,located in cuba new york)right down the line to ordenary people like you and me.

Here are some examples of what i mean.While installing a pool for tom in cuba one of Jims workers accidently dropped a 6 foot piece of steel rod in a newly finished inground pool putting a large hole in the liner.when i told him what happened, he told me that the customer(tom) thought the cement contractor had done it and was not going to tell him any different.keep my mouth shut!

I have seen the graham's crying over the $20,000.00+pool they bought that was never finished.He just walked away from it and put another just down thew street.
