We placed $10,000 deposit on a short sale. All correspondence was done through emails. We recently learned that the house was sold through auction. We tried to contact the company but did not get any replies. When we went to their offices, these people are nowhere to be found. I would love to join everyone to take legal actions against these people. Peter was the one handling my money.
