MSC Grant consultants, LLC. did not deliver on the grant nor has it returned my money based on the written memorandum of understanding contract that stiputates that my funds are guaranteed against any loss. Find that the principal(s) of MCS Grant consultants, LLC. as well as the staff at MCS to be operating what appears to be a scam. Clifford Sneed, Marva J. MCS Grant Consultants, LLC. states on the company website that they offer several capital enhancement programs including private institutional grants available to individuals as well as business. Found that after applying for two grants one in the year 2012 and while waiting for the first grant applied for another grant in the year 2013 MCS GRANT Consultants, LLC. did not deliver on its promise on either to present me with my two grants and or return me the monies paid on each of the applications.
The company has however provided me with many excuses for why the grant money was not raised however it has not explained why it has not honored the insurance backing the program that the company advertses to prospects and applicants for the program that appears in the written contract. The application money for the grants were bank wired to MCS Grant consultants.
MCS Grant Consultants, LLC. does not honor it's contracts nor does it respond to complaints from appplicants to the program directly or via the better business bureau. Please note consumer complaints have been filed with the State of Wyoming consumer complaints as well as the Federal Trade commission against this company.

As a followup to the debrauding of customer money by MCS Grant Consultants, LLC. emplyees of the company have moved to a company by the name of The Joint Venture Group Inc. as well as the Top Eerners Group. In December of 2014 the Texas Securities board issued a cease and desist order Number ENF-14-CDO-1737 and viewable on ssb.STATE.TX.US/ENFORCEMENT/Files/1737.PDF

Please note you are not alone. Please note that I have filed a complaint to the Federal trade Commission on MCS Consultants, LLC. as well as complained to the State of Wyoming attorney general's office and I am encouraging my four clients to do the same as I was a grant consultant that represented MCS. We were all deceived by MCS Consultants, LLC. promise of a grant and or other programs, the insurance coverage protection coverage in protecting the grant applicant of any loss or risk of. A search for a class action filing law firm against MSC Consultants (AKA) Grant consultants, LLC. is in the works. I would be interested in knowing how many other applicants and Ex grant consultants there are to reach out to everyone on this should there be Class action filing
