We have found several problems with reports generated by MDansby's Landlord Report.  Nearly every report we have accessed, has inaccuracies of one sort or another.  The report called "Expired Lease Report /60 day", prints a report called "List", which has nothing to do with expiring leases. 

The delinquency report includes tenants with $0 balances or overpaid balances.  We also have a sorting issue with our tenant database. 

We have attempted on several occasions to resolve numerous issues using their "Support Portal".  The techs we have communicated with don't know how to resolve any of the problems we are having.

The answer I received to my questions, was to download the update coming out "tomorrow".  After downloading this update, I found that none of the problems were corrected.

I have since then called their office on four occasions requesting a return phone call to attempt to solve these issues, and have received e-mailed instruction on how to use their portal (which I already know), but no phone call.

After spending numerous hours setting up this program and loading our tenant data into, we are now faced with starting over with another program.  This one is a nightmare!
