The owner GEORGE came by and said he is coming to service our alarm system for our house and never came back. We are now getting double billed by our old alarm company and our finance company. We never had any work done and we are getting billed $2501 for nothing. He ignores all my calls. We went to the attorney general and explained how George scammed us.

I can promise you I have not been to Arizona in a long time and I never lied or cheated a customer into signing anything. I am the CEO of MDI and I do not write contracts or go into the field selling alarms. These customers being referenced are fake and are not real at all this is only an attack against my company. If this is a real complaint please produce proof i was there and show my name on a contract signed or on the real finance paperwork I have never used or signed a customer into a finance contract.
