The undersigned purchased a 2006 TristarMX cable box, cost, $299.00 dollars, from MDS Enterprises. The transation was conducted telephonically via 1-800-930-4935. The following instructions were given by the owner. "Get a money order for the amount, wait for the UPS person to bring you the box. Give the money order to UPS, take your box, and that's it" I received the cable box three days later, placed in on line, and noticed the box in question did not pick up ten (10) of my basic channels that I could receive via my rented boxes from my cable provider. I brought this to the attention of the seller, his reply, "Your stuck with the box, you signed for it, tha's that" I did not physically sign for the box, the transation was conducted telephonically. When I asked for a refund, I owner declined to do so. I advised the owner I plan to file charges.

His response. "good luck"

Mr. Stephen Kelly has been refunded properly in accordance with the policies listed on the website as of February 8th, 2007, and this matter has been closed by all parties involved. Customer originally violated our return policy, but since he made false claims about us and our company to avoid any problems we reluctantly sent him his due refund. There is a detailed return policy on our website and just because a customer only wants to read part of it, does not mean the full policy does not apply. We wish Mr. Kelly luck in the future even though he has caused us problems that were not our fault and were based on false information given on his part. Our business relationship with Mr. Kelly has been concluded.
