Complaint Review: Mds Enterprises

mds sold me a non working cablebox that did not pick up the local broadcast channels in my area. i returned the item before the 30 days. mds has not returned my charge for $161.

they told the california justice department they would return my money when the dispute was settled. i bought the item in april. it was settled since my charge company could not trace their many names.

now they have the box and the cash. they are known to the better business of san diego as a company not to deal with. i have also reported them to the federal trades commission and the next step will be the united states postal service.

i am hoping that one of these agencies will file criminal charges.
