Complaint Review: Meadows at Ferguson apartments

Meadows at Ferguson apartments Took deposit for apartment and I now I can no longer get in contact with these people!! It's been weeks they don't answer phone or open the office door!! Dallas Texas

 On or before the 15th of April 2016 I was informed that the meadows at Ferguson had 3 bedrooms available for immediate move in. I took the apartment complex a $35 application and refundable deposit of $400 to hold the apartment upon approval! Since then I have yet to hear from these people. I've called 20+ times a day and no answer and left numerous voice messages! I've even gone to this complex repeatedly but nobody is ever there! I go today and finally talk to somebody but they can't help me??? They say the manager has my deposit (Andy or Matt) and that they are conveniently in New Jersey at the time! They said they have no emergency contact to get in touch with these owners and that my issue was not a emergency! My $400 is a big EMERGENCY!!
