Mean Threads Did not send item I paid for Internet
I bought a t-shirt for £15 from this company on 2nd june. On their website it said it may take 3-4 weeks to arrive but on their website they have several facebook comments which have been screenshotted saying things like "wow I got mine next day". With this in mind I contacted them after 3 weeks having not received my t-shirt asking what had happened to it. There was no reply to that email or the subsequent 2 I sent. Contacted them on Facebook asking the same question, but they blocked me so that I could not contact them on the messenger function or by commenting on any of their posts on their page. I noticed there has been multiple other people in the same boat as me on twitter since they block and remove peoples negative comments on Facebook. It is quite frankly appalling that A. They are continuing to take people's money without delivering a product and B. Actively blocking communication with customers.
