Mean Threads Do not deliver or refund Preston Internet
Ordered a T Shirt back in June 2015 it is now 1st October 2015 and I have yet to receive the item or a refund despite emailing on numerous occassions.
They claim there was a computer glitch in the ordering system and that they didn't receive the order in the only email correspondence they have sent me. They said it would be sent out and offered me 10% discount on the next order (yeah, right, like I'm that daft!)despite the fact I asked for my money back.
So I am out of pocket and without the goods and they are now ignoring my emails, not that they read them properly to begin with!
I would not recommend ordering anything from this company - if indeed it is a genuine company. Stay away.
