Mean Threads Returned item not refunded or resent to me! Now being ignored San Diego California
I previously purchased a coat off Mean Threads for my brother for his Christmas. When it eventually arrived it was too small (no fault of the company here). I asked for an exchange and spent money on returning the product to their exact guidelines. I had it tracked and saw it had been returned, since then I've not heard from them and they ignore my contact. I haven't even had a refund. Absolutely disgraceful.
