We took Debtor project from Meander Communication, after paying our deposit and completion of Demo, without prior information, they asked us to sign in "No Objection Certificate" before going live project. In NOC, stating that live data may change and we are not suppose to claim for any refund. This will not be shared by BDO team before.
When we work on live project, they won't give proper support as they said. I did not get any reply for my clarification emails instead, they said that all clarifications were solved in demo itself. You're not supposed to ask queries as you signed NOC.
For clarification, they are going to type a single letter only as we asked doubts on special characters because lack of clarity in images. Instead of replying to the point, they make us frustrating at the core.
I have clearly communicated before going live, I need a proper support particularly in special characters as it will pull down my quality metrics drastically. When I raised this to the next level, Meander HOD, Karan replied to our mail, favoring to support his team and they can't give clarification in live project.
Finally, I did not get any kind of support, inspite of several requests. There intention and business purpose is to take our deposit amount by pulling down our quality. They never keep their words, before live i was requesting for quality assurance on only for special character symbols (MAIL COMMUNICATION ENCLOSED). BUT IN LIVE THEY SHOWED THEIR REAL FACE.
PLEASE DON'T TAKE PROJECTS FOR THEIR HONEY WORDS...
