Complaint Review: Meanigful Beauty

This product program is a complete SCAM.  We ordered our first shipment with a 60 day free trial and my wife used the product.  After 2 weeks we then called to cancel our remaining shipments.  The CSR was pleasant and stated that our account would be cancelled.

The proceeding month we received another shipment and was charged $54.95.  When we called to complain the CSR told my wife to send back the package and we would be refunded the entire amount.

The next month, once again on the 1st of the month our bank account was charged $54.95.  After numerous calls by my wife and multiple minutes on the phone they said that noting could be done for this charge.

Once again in the 3rd month we were charged $54.95 at the beginning of the month.  Now within the same month on the 15, they charged us again $54.95.

Calls and supervisors do not seem to help and or get our money back.  I am at a loss as to how this can be stopped. There are over 300 complaints regarding this product and company.  

Something needs to be done and all I want is my money back and stopped being charged multiple times.
