I cancelled my order in January 2009 and was told that I would receive no further ships and no further charges on my credit card (I had it set up that it would automatically charge my card when it shipped an order every month). Well, I didn't receive a shipment but I was charged January, February and March. When I disputed those charges with my credit card issuer they reversed those charges, because I had written emails with the company. However, the company keeps sending me Statements of a Balance due - even though I have sent them numerous emails indicating that I had cancelled my account; I have received no product and I owe them nothing. I feel as though they believe if they hound me enough I will simply pay the $29.95 instead of continually sending off these letters disputing the charge. When I just went through my paperwork, I discovered that since I didn't receive product for January and was charged $37.90 and didn't notice to dispute that charge with my credit card issuer -- Meaningful Beauty actually owes me money!

They are a total rip-off, their products aren't worth the effort of dealing with them. My advice - stear clear!
