My car suffered damage due to hitting a pot hole.  The left front tie rod, strut, and arm, along with the rim needed to be repaired.  First i called the so called road side assistance associated with the coverage and was told it was 1 1/2 hour wait for a tow.  So I used my AAA instead. 

The claim was put in on Tuesday and the adjuster didn't show up till Thursday.  At no point in time did anyone from the claims service contact me with any information or update.  Please note according to them it takes up to 24 hours for the field adjuster to submit his/her report to them before they will make decision on the claim submitted.

I called on Friday to be told my claim was declined as the damage was cause due to secondary failure from hitting a pot hole.  No where in the exclusions does it say if you have collision coverage the repairs are not covered.  No where in the exclusions does it say repairs on not covered from physical damage.  Even though I was going to take the car in the day before it broke down because it was having issues pulling to the left.

They lack any type of customer service.  The rental car coverage does not apply until if and when they approve the claim so beware!
