Company reps promise one thing and charge completely another. With overpriced fees I think they make money on their cancellation rip off fee of $400. Customer service is one of the worst that I have ever had. The main purpose is get you locked in their contract any way they can. Best deal promised at the time of contact signage is NOT true. It looks great on the paper, but until you get your 1st statement you have no idea what is coming. Bad business, bad service, and bad people to deal with.
