Mazen Bissat, owner of Medairways, orders custom parts,keeps merchandise and disputes charges. Refuses to reply to requests to resolve and has staff ignore calls. Has his Captain, Captain Salloum, and Accounting person, Nadia Assi, involved in the process of perpetuating this issue which may be fraudulent. We are warning others to be aware of this deceptive practice. We are out many thousands and do not want others to be next.

After a thourough review of this matter and assitance from extreemly competent legal counsel representing MED AIRWAYS 

this matter has been resolved amicablly between the two businesses. Med Airways has resolved this matter in full with Itum, Corp. and has operated in good faith to reach a resolution.

This matter appears to have been a gross misunderstanding. All issues have been cleared. Additionally, Mazen Bissat, Captain Salloum & Nadia Assi with Med Airways have also been cleared of any wrongdoing in this matter as the company has fully satisfied this issue.
