Complaint Review: Med Help International

Not A Very Honest Medical Website To Do Business With!

I did some research on Dermatology Websites because I have a skin problem and wanted to barter my writing services with a Qualified Dermatologist and decided to place a free ad here since I thought it was totally appropriate and professional, plus I was Not Charging Any Money for my services.

Well as soon as I placed my ad within about an hour my ad was Illegally Removed for Invalid Reasons.  They claimed that I was advertising something and I was selling Nothing!

Enclosed, below, please find a copy of my advertisement that I posted on their website for your review.

​I had an abscess on my Upper Right Leg back in 2014 and when it Healed, it turned into an Ugly Red Mark that will Not Go Back to My Original Color.
​I have tried various creams, including Red Vein by DMK and it is Not Working!

​I could buy all the creams that I want and still Not get the results desired....

After they had removed my ad without even contacting me first to see if I was willing to edit or change it, I immediately sent them a complaint letter which reads as follows:

DEAR MED HELP INTERNATIONAL EXECUTIVE?

WHY DID YOU REMOVE MY ADVERTISEMENT FOR?

I WAS NOT ASKING FOR MONEY.

I CAN NOT AFFORD A DERMATOLOGIST ANYMORE AND NEED HELP WITH MY ACESS THAT I HAD ABOUT A YEAR AGO THAT TURNED RED AND HAS NOT GONE BACK TO MY ORIGINAL COLOR.

HERE IS MY ADVERTISEMENT.

After I sent out my complaint letter to all of their staff since I have all of their email addresses, I immediately received a response from Emily which reads as follows:

This response from Emily was B.S. and Totally Ridiculous, Unprofessional and Uncalled for.

I then sent her another complaint letter which reads as follows:

I'm sorry you are upset, but if you read our Terms of Use (medhelp.org/termsofuse.h…), you'll see that we prohibit advertising. As free speech pertains to government agencies and not websites, we aren't actually in violation of any rights provided in the Constitution.

Who said that I was advertising or selling anything?

I write reviews for doctors, dermatologists, plastic surgeons for FREE and was Not asking for money at all!

My ad was more than clearly written. 

My ad in fact was Perfectly Written.

I do Not understand the purpose of their website which is supposedly fit to connect doctors, medical students and patients with one another.

I did absolutely Nothing Wrong and Nothing Illegal and to Deserve this type of Abuse Makes Me Sick!

There is No Freedom Of Speech, Nor Expression on the Med Help International Website and it Shows!

I would Not Recommend this Medical Website to Anybody, Period!

Thank You Med Help International For Absolutely "Nothing"!
