I paid $5,500 to supposedly have six areas worked on which never happened. I was told not to expect results until each area was treated 4 times. Since I signed up in June it wasn't until December that it was obvious that this was junk science and was not going to work. I called and placed several e-mails. No response was ever forthcoming from anyone. There was NEVER a doctor at either facility I went to for "treatments." No one could answer any questions, and when I got ahold of Caroline Dryland, supposedly a nurse via a phone number I was given, she apologized and said many customers had complaints and that they were encouraging another type of treatment that they thought would work better and that she couldn't get her own company to respond to her e-mails.

Caroline gave me a number to call and someone named Cari told me to contact client services and give them a short story as to the history and that it would be forwarded to their review committee. Their e-mail is an automatic response that they will get back to you within a 4 to 6-week period. Then there is a disclaimer at the bottom of the e-mail saying that "in order for the contents of this message to be binding on behalf of MedAesthestica Medical Group, Inc., it must be confirmed in writing by an authorized signatory of MedAesthetica." That in itself means they are sending you an e-mail which they never intend to respond to because of course there is no signature by anyone. I was told by an attorney to send a final e-mail as the end of the six weeks was approaching.

I sent two and made two phone calls. That's when I was informed there was no agent for service of process and that they had another name as well and was given the address in Woodland Hills. At that time I tried to compromise and ask for a partial refund, but these people just blew me off and made no attempt to contact me whatsoever.

I've got an inquiry off to the FDA where I'm waiting a response and will be sending a final demand letter to the company before I file with the court. The end of the six-week period is 3-31-08 from the complaint I filed with this group. From different websites, it sounds like they have "screwed" a lot of people, and I guess they don't worry about people suing them because they have completely blown me off.
