I also heard about Lipozap on KIIS FM and did what I thought was thorough research on the procedure. I went in for the free consultation and was told that they had a 100% money back guarantee. They showed me lots of before and after pictures that looked like the real thing. After discussing it with my husband, I started the process.

They changed how they did my procedure twice during the eight treatments. I also felt there were times when the technician conducting the procedure was very new and unsure of herself. Each time the procedure seemed to vary a little bit in how I was marked, how many injections, and eventually the velasmooth process was also done differently each time.

During this time, I watched what I ate, went to the gym when the soreness went away and yet at the final measurement visit I watched in horror as the measurements were exactly the same for my upper abs and love handles and only two inches for the lower abs.

At that time I requested a refund, as the results certainly were not worth $2850. Someone contacted me later that day to let me know I had been emailed a refund request. I thoroughly completed the refund request and then patiently waited the 6 weeks they said it would take to process my claim. Three months later, they have not responded to that email request or several messages I have left concerning my request. Whenever I call, they put me through to a voicemail box, even when I asked to speak to a manager, I was given that managers voicemail, and she didn't call me back. It is definitely time for a class action lawsuit.
