Medalis Dubinovic Roofing Scam..nine weeks and four days work..damage to interiors Des Moines, Iowa
Medalis was hired 8-14-09 and was released from this roofing project on 11-03-09. He worked less than four days in nine weeks. The partial work he did was removed by the next roofer who completed his work in less than five days. In the process of ripping off the roof Medalis exposed the interior and caused thousands of dollars in damage to the top two units of this condo building...twice. He owes thousands paid to him in good faith for materials that will not be reimbursed as he is without assets of any kind. I was not able to have any control of this situation and filed with the Iowa A.G. office on 8-17-09 without satisfaction. I was only able to do a minimum of damage control as many persons were obstructing the removal of Medalis. DMPD were also notified without resolution.

First off all we were on the project non stop and if you guys weren't to messed up and had a nut case live there and call the police all the time for no reason then the project would of been done. I do admit there was a roof leak and i said we stood behind our work and would of had no problem doing it if you guys were not barking orders and calling Serve Pro the biggest rip of of them all you guys went ahead and called your insurance to get the money from them and the materials were brought out before your friend who is in jail called to pick them up.in my case this is Insurance fraud
i did not have a problem doing my job if i could discuss the issues with one person not everyone that lives in the f*ing building, And you guys ran my crew off 8 times just so we don't get the job done.
