I am forced to use Medco mail order pharmacy because that is who is associated with my health insurance company. Their customer service is terrible. Their medications are overpriced. They randomly raise prices of medications you are taking. They frequently have problems with their website so you cannot see your prescriptions or balances. When you call, you get transferred 5 times because no one there knows what they are doing. It's terrible. Bad experience.
