I searched for a video file called "fileworking with Dwayne Dushane" and found an offer for a free download of the video. When I signed up with "Black Box Access" it referred me to Media feed's website which offered to download the file and sign me up for a trial 7 day download and search service for $4.95  which would then cost an additional $69.95 if I wanted the service for longer.

I authorized them charge me $4.95 on a Visa card and tried to download the file which then could not be located.  I tried every method of search that I knew to locate the file and download it.  The program brought up NO files ... not even similar files.  I tried to contact Media feed to use their advertised support but had to leave an e-mail. There was no twenty four seven support as advertised and I figuered out that the file I wanted to download was offered with no intention of making sure I downloaded it and was a quick way for them to get a fee.

I cancelled to avoid another charge for the balance after the trial period.  I then read on Ripoff Report that this had happned to others.  I am going to dispute the charges when they appear on my Visa bill.  I want others to know what happened to me before they give any money to Media feed.
