I signed up with Media Insiders in May 2016 as a way to make a little rainy day "money" - I liked the gift cards they offered as rewards. 

You download an app to your phone that is supopsed to let them see what you watch. Then you answer survey questions.

I wanted to let my reward points get high before I redeemed them, so until I got the email they were closing I had not made any attempt to redeem any of them.

I received the email they were closing on April 15th and when I tried to redeem my points I was unable. After several days of emails they told me there had been fraud on my account and I would not be albe to redeem any points.

The supposed fraud occured in Sept of 2016, I never received any notification of this and I was allowed to continue to earn points. My account was never shut down. And I have been given no further explanation.

When we received the email on April 15th, they had already closed out all thier social media accounts and we were told to uninstall the app as soon as possible. Basically there was no way to contact them , except by email, if you had an issue. 

Until now I was not worried or suspicious of the app they had me download but now I am.
