Byron from Media1Online contacted us to order list cleaning services. They signed a one year contract, and we developed custom programming. During our development time the Media one web site went down several times and Byron Williams phone number changed. We were unable to reach him for a few weeks, then the requested continued as normal.
We processed one request sent the invoice and never heard from Byron again. No subsequent orders, and minimum monthly billing was due. No further contact from Byron, repeated attempts to get payment.
We use www.readnotify.com to ensure delivery and track email receipts, as well as Freshbooks cloud invoicing services. We can see Mr. Williams read the emails and viewed the invoices yet he ignored them. His company operates by ripping off vendors.
