I have been paying for " Blazing Fast " 20 Mb service and receiving anywhere from 1.7 to 8 Mb for months. Techs have been out and nothing changes. I was finally told by one of them that too many people are connected together. If you have ANY other way to connect to the internet such as DSL, I would advise using it instead Of these people, and as for Television, I implore you to use over the air or Satellite as I don't think it's possible to receive a worse picture. This is without a doubt the worst company for incompetence I have ever had to deal with.

Techs came by. I still have 10mbs or less and they say they can find no problem. They have no problems continuing to advertise this service, nor to take my money. Yay for monopoly's. Stay far far away from Mediacom.
