Complaint Review: mediacomcable.com

mediacomcable.com Have not fulfilled their contract regarding telephone service. We have been without phone service for 2 days. I reported it yesterday morning and they vaguely promised we would have it back in 24 hours. They did admit the problem was at their end. I recieved an e-mail telling me it would take 2 hours for them to restore our phone early this morning. I e-mailed them, still we have not heard. Internet

About 6 months ago, a salesman from Media Com came to our door and offered us a bundle which included Cable TV., DSL Internet Service and and telephone with unlimited long distance calling. Unfortunately we did sign a contract with them. We have lived up to our end of the contract and paid thim in a timely manner each month. We have had 3 occassions where we have been without phone service. We do have a cell phone, however we need to pay for the minutes we use. It is very difficult to find a way to contact them and when I finally did, it took a day to recieve a response. It's now been 30 hours that we have been without phone service.
