Complaint Review: Mediacomcable

Mediacomcable One of their vans damaged my car. I called the day it happened which was June 9th. They never put the report in which I found out 4 days later. They finally send me a letter 2 1/2 months later saying it wasn't their fault so they wasn't going to pay for the damage. Springfield Missouri

 On June 9th a Media Com van through a bucket out from under the vehicle and damage my car. I called the same day it happen and reported it. I called 4 days later and the report was never put in. So I had to tell the story again. Then I called up for almost 2 1/2 months and they knew nothing and kept giving acuses. I finally got a letter and they denied the claim saying it wasn't their fault even though it was their van.

I would stay away from these people cause of the excuses and I also had their services. My Tv kept freezing up and my internet would go out. They sent a tech out and he was in a rush. Was only here 2 min said everything was fine and left. This was the same van that did the damage to my car and same guy. They dont care about the customers. They just want the money. Beware stay away
