Complaint Review: Mediafeed/Plimus

Mediafeed/Plimus website showed software available until u join then after canceling credit card was still charged Internet

I downloaded the software because it said they had a program but after installing everything you are required to install it couldnt find the program that I was looking for I contacted customer service by email was told they could not confirm if they had the program to try different search options. After trying different search option still no program so I canceled online. After reviewing my bank statement I found they had charged my credit card $69.94 since it was a Sunday I sent emails disputing the charges. I had some other small charges on my bank account statement wasnt sure what they charges were so contacted bank they are charges because this company is outside of the united states so I have been charged a total of $77.13 for nothing. I contacted Plimus after speaking with the bank & finally getting someone of the phone from there I was told it was canceled but after the trial peroid I cancelled way before the trial ended to make sure I wasnt charged. I asked for a phone number to contact media feed directly was told they didnt have a number for them but they would send them an email and I should be hearing from someone soon.

This is money they took from my kids Christmas present & no one should have to wait days to hear from someone. The bank said I could come in and disputethe charges but it could take up to 10 days.
