Complaint Review: Medical Alert Buyers Alliance

Ordered and received the Medical Alert System for my mother.  Worked fine but after she broke her other hip she was forced to move into an assisted living facility.  Glenn called to renew the system after a year..........was very disturbed to learn she had moved into assisted living............his mother always seems to have gone through the same thing.  Friendly guy asks if I want to keep the system or mail it back for a $100 refund.  Of course I want to mail it back!  He emails me the address and even asks where the check should be sent and made out to whom?  Like a dummy I sent it back and that's the last I've heard.  So beware...........he'll have a system to resell and you'll have nix, nil and void!!  Here's the email from him:
