Complaint Review: Medical Compensation Department

Medical Compensation Department No Names, very heavy accents. I receive 2-4 phone calls a day. They state they are with the Medical Compensation Department of Florida. We were notified that you recently had a vaginal mesh surgery or bladder surgery and we need information about your hospital stay and other information. They just say Florida

These people call me repeatedly.  I have asked to be removed from their call lists.

I have told them I have not had any surgeries ever and to never call me again.  They keep calling.

They have even yelled at me over the phone.  At first I would get regular numbers so I would block those numbers.  Now the numbers are coming in as No Caller ID.   I answer the calls because I am also job hunting.

Once I hear it is them, I tell them again to never call and remove my number and they begin to yell and I hang up the phone.

This is getting a big ridiculous. 2-4 phone calls a day is driving me crazy.  How do I get them to STOP?

Another call came again, No Caller ID, Same accent.  This time I took notes.  He said his name was Daniel and now was calling from the State Health Department.  Asked if anyone in my family took a certain medicine.  I couldn't understand him so I asked him to spell it and I still couldn't understand him.

I asked him what this was for, he stated it was for a settlement and he needed information if someone took this medicine so my family could be reimbursed.  I go him NO INFORMATION.

I stated I needed to talk to my husband, please give me your number to call you back and of course, he hung up on me.

Can anyone give me any assistance here or advice to get them to stop calling.
