The comments made about my company were written by one of two disgruntled ex-employees who cheated us and our customers by over-reporting work-hours and grossly under-performing their job duties. Both were caught up in their own lies and were fired, and we have indisputable proofs of their misdeeds!

It is beyond question that the writer had undermined our business and literally "stolen" money from us with their falsified time records.

The writer is obviously one of three close relatives. They were brought in to work for us (part-time) by the ex-manager who is also their sister. We have no complaints about the ex-manager herself, but at least two of the relatives turned out to be abysmal. After starting out OK and gaining our trust, they began to take advantage of their positions and our need of their services. Before being fired, they proved to be liars and their work performance degraded to range between less than average to incompetent. The main offense was their claimed hours of work when the computer records indicated they performed zero to very little work. This cost us a lot of money and inflicted severe damage to several of our accounts.

These ex-employees were raised in the same household. They are bitter and unhappy individuals who are very much in need of psychotherapy. My wife Frieda, is a certified psychotherapist with a PHd - and SHE KNOWS lots about these individuals' psychological makeup. They are unhappy in their private lives, they feel unaccomplished and are obviously finding cheap satisfaction in being vengeful towards the people who gave them their jobs, put up with a LOT of their private life debacles, and who originally treated them with a lot of care and consideration.

We did not cheat employees or the government in any way, except that we still owe overtime $$ we were totally NOT aware we had to pay. The writer's lousy command of English, many misspellings and vengeful MADE UP claims about their experiences at our company should be self-evident.

Being a small company who is trying to cut back (legitimately)on overhead expenses and struggling to stay afloat IS NOT A CRIME! On the other hand, lying and cheating as this writer did, should punishable as a crime!

We are totally unconcerned with the writer's
fantastic statements, and I am writing this purely to vent out some of my anger about the entire episode, the disappointments and betrayals.

Incidentally, since we do have legitimate and indisputable records of the two individuals' gross over-reporting of hours worked and their under-performance, we are considering bringing legal actions against both in New York and Connecticut. We will be seeking to be compensated for damages caused by "theft of services" and whatever else our attorney can find to cause them grief. This would be a small price to pay for their stupidity and inability to walk away from their own misdeeds and lies.
